Our specific merchandise categories offer a focused presentation of Rimistyle's hand-picked accessories. These items are a combination of the season's trendiest styles, as well as our popular non-seasonal, year-round looks that can bring life to any outfit. Placing an Order To order an item, click the "Add to Bag" button. Do this for all items you are interested in purchasing. When you are done shopping, you can view all your purchases by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the upper right hand corner of the website. Confirm all the styles and quantities and hit the "Check Out" button. Rimistyle uses a secure server and provides a quick and easy checkout process. For registered customers you can sign-in and quickly checkout. For new customers, you can checkout without signing in. Order Confirmation Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will be given an order number with which you can use to monitor the status of your order. Order Modification Please note that once an order has been placed we are unfortunately unable to make any modifications to the order. Item availability Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. The product page will indicate if an item has been sold out. If for any other reason we are unable to ship an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. |
YOUR ACCOUNT Username & Password Your username should be the email address we can reach you at regarding order, payment and Rimistyle news information. We will only send you Rimistyle sales/ promotions and new style updates once you check the appropriate box in the registration process. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password" Button in the My Account page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, Rimistyle will email you a new password. Once you log in successfully, you may then change your password. View Account Information Log into your account, and click on "Account Information" located at the top of your account page. View or make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "Submit" The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile. |
PAYMENT INFORMATION Accepted Forms of Payment Rimistyle accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Visa/MasterCard Debit Cards and Rimistyle Gift Certificates. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time. Sales Tax According to state and local regulations, sales tax is only applicable to orders shipped to New Jersey. |
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Policies and Options Rimistyle uses DHL to ship all orders. We abide by all DHL regulations, policies, and delivery limitations. We offer Ground, 2 nd Day and Overnight Express delivery service options. At the checkout page, you are provided with live DHL shipping rates based on shipping address and package weight. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Your package can then be tracked at DHL’s website at: www.dhl.comFree ShippingWe offer free ground shipping for all retail orders over $100. Sale items and wholesale orders are excluded. INTERNATIONALInternational orders are also shipped via DHL, but may require additional time in transit. Please allow between 3 – 15 days for delivery upon shipment. International customers are required to enter the CVV code on the credit card for verification, as well as a contact phone number in order to ensure proper delivery. If we do not receive this information, it is likely that your shipment will be placed on hold.
Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to any import charges, duties, broker fees or taxes – for which customer is fully responsible. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding these specific fees.

Mon-Fri before 1 pm EST – Order is processed the same day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and payment verification. Mon-Fri after 1 pm EST - Order is processed the next business day and will ship within 48 hours.
*Shipping Center is Closed on Saturday and Sunday Tracking your Order You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “my account” located at the top of the homepage. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on “My Orders” to view past orders and current orders that you have placed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Policies Rimistyle proudly stands behind the quality accessories we offer our customers and therefore offer a generous return policy. To make a return please follow these steps:
1. Log-in to the 'my account' section with the username and password you had created
during checkout.
2. View the order for which you would like to request a return
3. Request an RMA# for the product(s) which you would like to return and please
specify the reason for your return.
4. Wait for an email confirmation with your RMA# and return approval

***packages MUST arrive within 10 days of RMA# issue date.
We will refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future. This 10-day Guarantee only applies to full price items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please allow 10-14 business days upon receive date of your package at our return center for your return to be processed and credited. If you are requesting an exchange, the exchange will be processed and shipped within that timeframe.
Important to Note:
• Return packages WILL NOT be accepted without an official Rimistyle Authorization Number.
• Rimistyle will not accept any items with indication that it has been used, worn or altered from its original condition.
• Rimistyle will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 15% of the item value may apply.
• Store Credits are valid up to six months of issue date.
Refund Processing
Once your package has been received at Rimistyle, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Rimistyle.

RIMISTYLE GIFT CERTIFICATE Sending a Rimistyle Gift Certificate Whether it's a person that loves fashion, someone who wants or needs a style update or simply someone that’s hard to shop for – Rimistyle gift certificates are the PERFECT gift! To purchase a gift certificate, click on the gift certificate link on the bottom of the page. Here you can specify the sender, recipient and dollar amount of your gift card. You may add this item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You also have the option of emailing the gift certificate as specified on the bottom of the form. Redeeming a Rimistyle Gift Certificate To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site. At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field "Redeem your gift certificate". This will deduct the total gift card amount from your purchase price. If your gift card exceeds your total purchases, you may use the balance for future purchases. Please note the gift card amount does not apply to shipping and handling charges. Gift certificates are valid up to six months of issue date.
